Sean Austin

I am a native Oregonian that grew up in the Willamette Valley and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Finance. Following graduation, I joined an Oregon manufacturing business that engineers, fabricates, and installs custom recycling systems worldwide. My initial role began in marketing and culminated several years later as National/International Sales Director and an equity position in the company.

In 2005, the childhood memories of Sunriver Resort and Mt. Bachelor drew me to Central Oregon. Shortly thereafter, I began flipping residential properties during a full-time, five-year span that provided extensive, firsthand experience in the local, Central Oregon marketplace.

I believe consistent and clear communication throughout the real estate process is a primary keystone to success. Further to that, my extensive sales and management background contributes to my ability to listen rather than simply hear, which is crucial in achieving, and exceeding, the expectations of clients.
